I understand in the event of my employment, misrepresentation or omission of facts called for in this application shall constitute cause for dismissal. All prospective employees, prior to being accepted for employment, shall be tested for the presence of drugs by an independant medical facility that has been approved by Snyder Roofing. These tests shall be accomplished prior to the employee reporting to work. If Snyder has a reasonable belief that the prospective employee is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, the prospective employee shall also be tested for the presence of alcohol.
The presence of drugs or alcohol will be cause for rejection for employment. Refusal to test will constitute voluntary withdrawl of an applicants application for employment.
