RAM has been developed to create both security and peace of mind in knowing your major investment is protected by a thoroughly evaluated, continually monitored, and properly maintained roofing system. Your business operations, contents, people and tenants are protected by a very critical component of your investment: the roofing system. Your first defense against Northwest weather is your roof, and your roof does require care and attention. In order to realize your roofing system's design life and eliminate the problems associated with unattended commercial roofs, you must maintain this critical component. Your roof is an investment; maximize your investment dollars. Let RAM assist you. RAM service is available on your existing roofs as well as your new roofs. A detailed evaluation of current/exisiting conditions will determine if RAM can be implemented with or without initial remedial repairs. RAM service is programmed at one to three (1-3) year increments. The core of the RAM program exists in semi-annual inspections and routine maintenance. Emergency leak service is also provided and is FREE to RAM participants. Inspection reports provide you with simple written, usable information. Photographs will assist you in understanding conditions. Our RAM servicemen are experienced, professional craftsmen. They take pride in installing proven repairs with proven materials.
