Union Station - Seattle, Washington
Baugh Construction was the General Contractor on this Historic Renovation. First, all roofing materials were removed to substrate. Then Snyder installed a vented nail base for insulation, stopping ice and guarding against water. The specifications also called for a 2 layer Malarky UDL underlayment.

This renovation called for perimeter Ludowici clay tiles with custom ridge and Finial. The center of the steep roofs are Malarky Alaskan Composite shingles, while the valleys are fully adhered Carlise EPDM.
