AT&T Offices - Redmond Town Center, Washington
	Sellen Construction was the General Contractor for all five buildings at AT&T. Snyder was able to provide a value engineering proposal which allowed the owner a significant savings. The system installed was Firestone Ballasted EPDM over tapered insulation. A good portion of the roofing was performed in winter. With the Ballasted System, Snyder was able to maintain the project schedule.
