Fox Tower located in Portland is a 27 story building ( 372' above grade). The building contains offices, theaters, retail and parking. Hoffman Construction not only erected the building but now occupies a large portion of the structure with their new corporate offices. The building has roofing on several levels, from the first floor on up, which made loading, accessing and installing the roofing system extremely challenging. With successful planning, scheduling, and working with the contractor, this difficult project was completed on time. The roof consists of both ballasted and fully-adhered single ply roofing.
