Snyder of Oregon provided several small areas of roofing, waterproofing and plaza deck pavers for this project, completed in 1999 for Howard S. Wright Construction. The roof system installed was a Carlisle fully adhered membrane and the waterproofing system was by Sonneborne. The paving system at the public plaza was supplied by Wausau.
