This project, completed in 1999 for Howard S. Wright Construction, presented some unique challenges to roof system installation. The Johns Manville ballasted EPDM system had to be installed primarily during the winter months while other trades were working over or around the roof system. The installation was further challenged by the removal of the tower crane which was the only convenient access for the loading of the roof ballast that would eventually be required to hold the roof system in place. Through all of this Snyder performed a high quality installation during adverse conditions and performed to the highest standards.
