Adidas Village - Portland, Oregon

The Adidas Village, a 484,000 square feet campus, consists of a renovated hospital, parking facility and new construction. In Phase I, 700 employees moved into buildings that used to be the hospital. Snyder and other workers must accommodate the Adidas employees working in the occupied building while trying to efficiently complete the remaining work on the new construction in a timely manner. Snyder's role has included repairs on the old hospital building, roofing and waterproofing the three new buildings and waterproofing the parking structure. One of the most unusual elements of this project for Snyder has been providing enough waterproofing and barriers to contain the soccer field that caps the parking lot.
