A Soprema modified roofing system was chosen for this project. Initially, the complete removal of an existing roof system and all existing insulation on this building, located in the middle of downtown Portland, was required. Work was coordinated with the building manager and occupants to minimize the impact of a new roof being installed on an occupied downtown office building.
