Rosen Building - Seattle, Washington
	This existing building was completely gutted and rebuilt. The new roof is Siplast 20-30 built-up roof with veral base flashing over a new sloped Zonolite Deck. This project was complex due to screen walls, AC units, and piping which created a maze to work in.
